| Q. | What do I need to do to prepare my car for shipping ? |
| A. | Your automobile should be in good operating condition, it should start, run, drive and stop, so it will able to drive up on the trailer for loading. A fee of $200 is charged for any in-operable automobile. The condition of your automobile needs to be enclosed in your quote request. |
| Q. | Can I leave personal items in my vehicle ? |
| A. | Items left in the vehicle are not covered by carrier insurance. You may put up to 100 lbs. of personal items in your vehicle. We ask that the items be confined to the trunk area. All personal items are placed in the vehicle at the owner's risk. |
| Q. | What steps are involved in shipping my vehicle ? |
| A. | Once your order is placed the transport of your vehicle will be scheduled according to the dates on your shipping order. After a truck has been assigned, you will receive a call from the driver about 24 hours in advance to schedule a pick-up date and time. When driver pick-up your vehicle he will do inspection of your vehicle and driver will sign this bill of lading and one copy is left for you. The same inspection is done before the car is released. The driver should again call 12 to 24 hours in advance to schedule the delivery. |
